I've been battling
Plantar Fasciitis for almost a year now. The oral steroids worked well until I ran out and the Cortizone shot was temporary as well. I started wearing the boot again and since I'm spending more time at the desk at work I thought I would make a jig to keep my foot at an extending angle. I've received plenty of comments on it and I hope to get some positive results because I really miss running.
